Welcome to MCW 18. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and MCW 18 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). MCW 18 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

MCW 18 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh:

• Rocket – instant processing, minimum deposit ৳200
• Bank Transfer – processing within 1–3 hours, minimum deposit ৳500

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. MCW 18 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a third-party source, MCW 18 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the account pending investigation.

MCW 18 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside MCW 18's control.

Withdrawal requests on MCW 18 are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• Verified accounts receive withdrawals within 24 hours in most cases. Unverified accounts may experience delays pending identity checks.
• MCW 18 may request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

MCW 18 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending investigation, or where the account has not completed identity verification. In such cases, MCW 18 will notify the player and provide a reason for the delay where permitted by law.

MCW 18 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period. Unused bonuses expire at the end of their validity window and cannot be reinstated.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
• MCW 18 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. MCW 18 may decline to offer bonuses to players who demonstrate patterns consistent with bonus abuse.

Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, MCW 18 will cancel the bonus, void any associated winnings, and may close the account.

All bets placed on MCW 18 are subject to the specific rules of the game or event being wagered on. General betting rules that apply across the MCW 18 platform include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. MCW 18 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, MCW 18 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• MCW 18 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits on any game or market. These limits are displayed within the game interface.
• All game outcomes on MCW 18 are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology. The RNG is independently tested and audited to ensure fairness.
• For live casino games, the rules of the specific game variant apply as stated by the live dealer or game interface.

MCW 18 publishes return-to-player (RTP) figures for all slot games. These figures represent the theoretical long-term payout percentage and do not guarantee individual session results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on MCW 18. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your MCW 18 account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

MCW 18 reserves the right to close any account at any time, with or without notice, where:

• The account has been used in breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed.
• The player has requested self-exclusion.
• MCW 18 is required to do so by a regulatory or legal authority.

Where an account is closed by MCW 18 due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request or for reasons unrelated to misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

MCW 18 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, MCW 18 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
